We are associated with a Real Estate Company with high credentials located on Madeline Island. Island Shores Realty is one of the oldest, most established real estate companies on the island. With over twenty years of experience on Madeline Island, the four real estate agents at Island Shores Realty are Madeline Island experts.

A few years ago, I was working with a very nice family who had a house on Madeline Island. They asked me to help them sell their house on Madeline Island. I decided that as much as I love to go to the Island, it would be difficult to show their property at the spur of the moment, since it is at least a four hour drive to get there. I asked the sellers if I could interview all of the real estate companies that sold properties on Madeline Island. They thought that would be a good idea. I interviewed several agents and as soon as I started the conversation with Todd Carlson, I know I had found the best agent for the job. He was very knowledgeable about the house, the neighbors, the issues surrounding lake properties in the area, and he seemed very down to earth. He played a big part in selling the property by being so close to it. I helped by being able to advertise locally.

Many people form the Lake Minnetonka, western suburbs, buy cabins on Madeline Island. Since then, we have helped each other sell property.
